Laser Cutting
We also use laser cutting to enrich our projects, preparing acrylic, MDF, wood and cardboard parts as part of your product.
What is laser cutting?
Laser cutting uses a focused laser beam to melt or vaporize sheet material along a drawn path, giving fine details, sharp corners and clean edges. We use this technology together with 3D printing in our product development and production projects: front panels, covers, packaging inserts and presentation parts are designed in the same project as the rest of your product and delivered by a single team.

Frequently asked questions
Which file do you need for laser cutting?
Vector drawings such as DXF, SVG, AI or PDF are ideal. If you only have a sketch or measurements, we can prepare the drawing.
Which materials can be laser cut?
We cut sheet materials such as acrylic, MDF, plywood and wood, cardboard, leather, felt and fabric. We do not cut materials like PVC that release harmful gases.
What is the maximum cutting thickness?
The thickness that can be cut depends on the material; we confirm the material and thickness for your project at the quotation stage.
Can I order a single cut part?
We use laser cutting to enrich the product projects we run, so instead of single parts or cut-only orders, we plan the parts you need as part of your product development, 3D printing or branding project.
