Rubber-like photopolymer

Soft zones printed together with rigid parts; keypads, grips and gasket prototypes.

What is Rubber-like photopolymer?

Rubber-like PolyJet materials can be printed in hardnesses from 30A to 95A and combined with rigid photopolymer in the same part. They are excellent for prototypes of overmolded products.

Frequently asked questions about Rubber-like photopolymer

What is Rubber-like photopolymer?

Rubber-like PolyJet materials can be printed in hardnesses from 30A to 95A and combined with rigid photopolymer in the same part. They are excellent for prototypes of overmolded products.

Is Rubber-like photopolymer heat resistant?

The heat deflection value of Rubber-like photopolymer varies by grade and application; for parts working in hot environments, you can consult our engineers.

Can Rubber-like photopolymer be used outdoors?

It can degrade under prolonged sunlight and UV light. For outdoor use, ASA or another UV-resistant material should be preferred.

Which parts are made with Rubber-like photopolymer?

Rubber-like photopolymer is typically used in applications such as keypads and buttons, grip overmolds, gasket prototypes.

Which material can be used instead of Rubber-like photopolymer?

Depending on the application, Flexible / elastic resin, TPU 95A, TPU / TPE (SLS / MJF) can be alternatives. You can see the differences in the comparison tables on the material pages.
